Bar Manager Wanted: Busy Oceanfront Venue in City Beach 

Are you an experienced and energetic bar professional ready to take the reins at a bustling oceanfront destination? Join our team at the iconic Clancy’s Fish Bar City Beach -   where great food, exceptional drinks, and ocean views come together to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. 

About the Role: 

As the Bar Manager, you'll be the heart of our bar operations, leading a passionate team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Your mission will be to deliver outstanding service, foster a positive team culture, and ensure our bar offerings are second to none. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence. 

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff. 

  • Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory control. 

  • Curate and maintain an innovative and exciting beverage menu. 

  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and health and safety standards. 

  • Collaborate with management to drive revenue and create unique guest experiences.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bar Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role. 

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits. 

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills. 

  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences. 

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage a busy service environment. 

  • Current Approved Managers Card (or willingness to obtain).
